Enjoy this Australia Day weekend by finding the happiness we really long for. In this retreat, be guided through the essential meditations of Buddhism that will give rise to a complete transformation of our mind, freeing us from negative emotions and making joy and happiness our everyday reality.
Based on the book ‘How To Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this retreat is a wonderful opportunity to bring about positive changes in our lives that will enable us to experience deep and lasting happiness.
The teacher of this retreat is Gen Kelsang Dornying, the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia and Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne. Gen Dornying gives clear, practical teachings for solving problems and finding happiness, and is much loved for his warmth and humility.

$40 per day or $15 per session. No booking required, simply drop-in on the day. Everyone welcome.
