These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings. The classes are self-contained so you can drop in any week. There is no need to book or bring anything. Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek. There is also an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments. Class fee $12.

No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators, and everyone is welcome.
