A MEDITATION DAY COURSE
Happiness and suffering are feelings – parts of our mind – and so their main causes are not to be found outside the mind.
On this day course we will gain a deep insight into our mind, and discover how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives. Learn how to recognise and abandon states of mind that harm us, replace them with peaceful and beneficial ones, and start to make happiness your immediate reality.
The teacher of this course is Kelsang Lhachog, the Resident Teacher of Mahasiddha Kadampa Meditation Centre, Sydney. She presents Buddha’s teachings with clarity, warmth and sincerity, skilfully guiding people from all walks of life to find inner peace and lasting happiness.
