Meditation is a scientific method to transform our human nature from bad to good. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart. This is the real method to solve our own inner problems of unpleasant feelings and is also the real method to benefit others. By learning to meditate on loving kindness, we can transform our mind from negative to positive. Our relationships will improve, our mind will become stronger, and we will discover an inexhaustible fountain of happiness within our own heart.

On this weekend course Gen Dornying and Kelsang Luma will reveal how love can bring about the lasting happiness we all long for. These teachings will be a review of the insights and advice given at this year’s International Spring Festival in the UK by our Deputy Spiritual Director, Gen-la Kelsang Jampa.

The Teacher

The teacher of this course is Gen Kelsang Dornying, the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne and Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia. The meditations will be guided by Kelsang Luma, the Resident Teacher of Maitreya Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Adelaide.
