Our meditation courses are an ideal way to get a gain experience of meditation and inner peace. Held in the relaxing environment of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, these courses examine a particular topic in greater depth than would be possible in a drop-in meditation class. Particular attention is paid to how meditation can be used in practice especially in solving problems in our daily life.

Living in The Moment | Sat 15 Jul

In our busy lives we find it very difficult to relax and enjoy the moment. Even while we are doing things we like, our mind is never in the present – we are constantly making plans for the future, worrying about what might happen next, and never really feeling content. On this day course we will learn meditations to help us let go of this limiting mental habit. Through this we will develop a peaceful mind, be able to make the most of every moment of our life and begin to uncover its true meaning.
