A MEDITATION DAY COURSE
Worry and stress are an increasingly common problem for people in the modern world. These states of mind prevent us from experiencing peace and enjoying a full life.
Buddha explained the causes of worry and how to overcome them through positive ways of thinking that empower us to solve our daily problems. On this meditation day course we will learn practical methods to gain perspective on life’s challenges and special meditations that will enable us to stay calm and peaceful all the time.
The teacher of this course is Kadampa Buddhist Teacher Colleen Isaacs. Colleen’s friendly, engaging teaching style and clear presentation inspire people from all walks of life to find happiness and solve problems through the practice of modern Buddhism.
