weekly classes

Our weekly drop-in classes are taught by qualified Buddhist teachers, and are very easy to understand and apply to our daily lives. The classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners, and emphasize how to use meditation and subsequent practises amidst the busyness of modern, daily life. The union of Buddha's teachings within our daily life is the essence of Kadampa Buddhism.

meditatingWe offer a wide range of classes from basic introductions to Buddhist meditation, applying Buddha’s teachings to daily life issues such as anger and improving relationships, to comprehensive and in-depth study programs that reveal the entire Buddhist path to lasting happiness. We offer classes in many locations throughout Melbourne. Everyone is welcome to attend these classes and to visit our Temple in Monbulk.
