In recent years we have witnessed remarkable material and technological development, but there has not been a corresponding increase in human happiness. This is because happiness and suffering are states of mind and so their main causes are simply not to be found outside the mind. Therefore, if we really want to be a truly confident and happy person, now is the time to harness the power of our mind. Everyone is welcome to this unmissable event.
