For the first time ever, you can do a mindfulness retreat from your own home.
Instead of daydreaming about your next holiday, be transported to our temple via the wonders of modern technology. Resident Teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Dornying will guide you in meditation to experience mindfulness for yourself, and share tips to apply it in daily life.
You don’t need any special equipment for the retreat. Just a device to access the live stream and a comfortable place to sit.
Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher of both Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Kadampa Meditation Centre Melbourne, Darwin and Alice Springs. He has been teaching Kadam Dharma in Australia for over 16 years. He is an inspiring and light-hearted teacher of modern Buddhism who makes Buddha’s teachings clear, accessible and applicable to modern life.
