A HALF-DAY MEDITATION COURSE FOR TEENAGERS

Anxiety and stress are becoming more and more common amongst children and teenagers all over Australia. With greater pressures at school and the new challenges of a life lived amongst social media and other technologies, life is becoming increasingly challenging for young people.

In this class, designed for teenagers, learn practical advice on how to find freedom from stress and have a more relaxed outlook on life. By putting these positive thinking techniques into practice, everyone can enjoy a happier life, greater self confidence and a peaceful mind.
