We often struggle with life, feeling in conflict with the way things are, but when our mind is in the right place, things seem to just work out. By entering a flow state— where our energy and intentions align with what’s naturally happening around us—life starts to feel effortless.
The profound inner science of meditation has revealed several mind techniques that are especially effective for creating this flow state. Come along and discover how to make everything easier.
The teacher of this class is Gerry Bensoussan. Gerry is an experienced and well-loved teacher in the new Kadampa Tradition.
