In these classes, we’ll look at Buddha’s practical advice for dealing with difficult conversations, relationships, and situations. You’ll learn helpful tools to handle challenges in a positive way. Instead of getting caught up in feelings of anxiety, defensiveness, or frustration, meditation can equip you to approach conflict and confrontation with greater ease and confidence. 

Join our weekly drop-in classes to pick up practical skills that can help you face difficulties with a clear, steady mind.

The teacher of this class is Colleen Isaacs. Colleen is an experienced Kadampa Buddhist teacher. Colleen’s friendly, engaging teaching style and clear presentation inspire people from all walks of life to find happiness and solve problems through the practice of modern Buddhism.
