Following the 2025 Australian Dharma Celebration Kelsang Tara will guide us in retreat on ‘The Request to the Lord of All Lineages Prayer’.
During this retreat we will have a precious opportunity to sit with the powerful wisdom contained in this blessed prayer and take it deep into our heart. Time on retreat allows us to transform understanding and knowledge into experience that will guide us to deep lasting happiness.

Teacher.
 The teacher of this class is Kelsang Tara. Kelsang Tara is a fully ordained Australian Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Perth. Tara has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for many years, and ordained as a Buddhist nun in 2015. Tara’s inspiring teachings reflect her sincere wish to help those in need and to share her experience of Buddha’s life-changing instructions with others. |

Meals: Lunch and dinner are included in the retreat booking. If you have booked accommodation, breakfast will also be included.
- All meals served are vegan with some non-vegan options such as yoghurt available on the side.
- We cannot guarantee allergen free meals and it is not possible for us to cater to individual dietary requirements. Our meals mainly use ingredients which are wheat free or gluten free, however there are times that the meal will contain traces of wheat or gluten, or the side dish is, for example, bread.
Accommodation: If you book accommodation, please note the following is included:
- Single Ensuite, Single, Pre-Erected Tent Twin, and Double Room: all linen and towel provided.
- Dorm Rooms: A sheet and pillow with pillow slip is provided. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag and towel.
- Camping: you will need to bring everything.
