Do you feel over-stimulated by the modern world and way of life? Is your phone rarely out of your hand? We all know how we feel when we have lost hours to tech-based distraction, but do we recognize that it is also draining us of the energy to live with clarity and focus?
Instead of sinking into a habitual love of ease and distraction, now is the time to take back control of our mind.
On this course we will:
• Learn to set up a daily meditation practice for a happy life
• Learn to develop stable self-esteem
• Understand how to energize and uplift the mind
The teacher of this class is Natalie Eichelmann. Natalie is an experienced teacher of modern Kadampa Buddhism who is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Natalie's teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
