In these classes, we’ll look at Buddha’s practical advice for dealing with difficult conversations, relationships, and situations. You’ll learn helpful tools to handle challenges in a positive way. Instead of getting caught up in feelings of anxiety, defensiveness, or frustration, meditation can equip you to approach conflict and confrontation with greater ease and confidence.
Join our weekly drop-in classes to pick up practical skills that can help you face difficulties with a clear, steady mind.
The teacher of this class is Natalie Eichelmann. Natalie is an experienced teacher of modern Kadampa Buddhism who is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Natalie's teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
