We want our life to be leading us to a deep and lasting peace. We want happiness as a destination we can arrive at and always inhabit, not merely a fleeting experience that quickly fades. Buddha taught three essential steps to ensuring our life carries us to this deep contentment and inner stillness that Buddhists call nirvana. Come along and enjoy clear instructions and guided meditations that will change your life.
