What if our existing daily routine could be transformed into a meditative experience? Every day we eat, wash, dress ourselves and perform many other seemingly mundane activities - all of which can be turned into daily rituals for inner peace.
During this course we'll explore how the things we already do everyday can become powerfully nourishing and restorative parts of our spiritual life.
The teacher of this class is Beth O’Brien. Beth is an experienced teacher of meditation and modern Buddhism, with many years of experience as a teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. Beth teaches with a genuine warmth and loving demeanor, making Buddha’s wisdom easily accessible to everyone.
