New Beginnings - How to Meditate.

Monday 3, 10, 17 Feb

Do you feel over-stimulated by the modern world and way of life? Is your phone rarely out of your hand? We all know how we feel when we have lost hours to tech-based distraction, but do we recognize that it is also draining us of the energy to live with clarity and focus?

Instead of sinking into a habitual love of ease and distraction, now is the time to take back control of our mind.

On this course we will:

• Learn to set up a daily meditation practice for a happy life
• Learn to develop stable self-esteem
• Understand how to energize and uplift the mind

Teacher.

The teacher of this class is Beth O’Brien. Beth is an experienced teacher of meditation and modern Buddhism, with many years of experience as a teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. Beth teaches with a genuine warmth and loving demeanor, making Buddha’s wisdom easily accessible to everyone.
