In these classes, we’ll look at Buddha’s practical advice for dealing with difficult conversations, relationships, and situations. You’ll learn helpful tools to handle challenges in a positive way. Instead of getting caught up in feelings of anxiety, defensiveness, or frustration, meditation can equip you to approach conflict and confrontation with greater ease and confidence.
Join our weekly drop-in classes to pick up practical skills that can help you face difficulties with a clear, steady mind.
The teacher of this class is Beth O’Brien. Beth is an experienced teacher of meditation and modern Buddhism, with many years of experience as a teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition. Beth teaches with a genuine warmth and loving demeanor, making Buddha’s wisdom easily accessible to everyone.
