There is nothing more precious than our human life, yet it is easy to let time pass without truly connecting with our life’s deeper purpose. While we understand that worrying about others' opinions or getting caught up in stress is not meaningful, it can still be difficult to free ourselves from these anxieties. Buddha's solution lies in deeply contemplating our mortality. By reflecting on nine fundamental truths about our existence, we can liberate ourselves from the fears that ordinary life imposes on us. Instead of letting our lives pass by unlived, we can embrace each moment as sacred, living fully and authentically from the heart.
Join Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher of Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia, Gen Kelsang Rabten, for this transformative retreat.
